Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Hunter followed by the pledge of allegiance.

Moved by Sabol Supported by Catallo to approve Agenda All Aye Motion Carried.
Public comments: Don Rush Clarkston News discussed there are 287 City residences that subscribe to the Clarkston News. Tom Ryan stated the City is in compliance with State of Michigan publications.
CONSENT AGENDA
Moved by Catallo Supported by Haven to approve the Consent Agenda All Aye Motion Carried.
CITY MANAGER REPORT
Working on Second Grade program to be like a treasure map concept. Phragmites cutting has been done.
NEW BUSINESS
Motion by Sabol Supported by Roth for a waiver to the City Noise Ordinance for milling and resurfacing of Road work on M-15. All Aye Motion Carried.
Motion by Sabol Supported by Catallo to postpone until April 14 for the May 4th Ring 14 Walkathon until after route discussion with Sheriff Dept and proof of liability insurance.
All Aye Motion Carried.
Resolution: Resolved by Haven Supported by Marsh to amend fy14 budget amendment.

PUBLIC HEARING
The City of the Village of Clarkston will have a public hearing for the 2014-2015 City Budget on May 27, 2014 at 7:00. Copies of the proposed 2014-2015 budget are available for inspection at the City offices during regular office hours after May 19, 2014 or www.villageofclarkston.org. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be subject of this hearing.
Anyone planning to attend the meeting who has need of special assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is asked to contact the City Clerk’s Office at 248-625-1559 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Staff will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.
