Artwork by Clarkston students are on display throughout downtown Clarkston this month.
The third annual Community Art Connection, organized by Clarkston Community Schools and Clarkston Area Optimist Club, features paintings, drawings, sculptures, and other artwork by students from the Early Child Center, elementary schools, mddle school and junior high.
They are on display in businesses along M-15 and Dixie Highway, including Clarkston News, RE/MAX, Birdfeeder and Clarkston Flower Shoppe, Ross Mortgage, Village Fashion Boutique, Clarkston Travel, Village Eyecare, Clarkston Mills, Movement, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Clarkston State Bank, Union Woodshop, Morgan and Milzow, Creekside Salon, Morgan’s Service, Health Quest/Fitness Quest, Graphmark Services, Union General, Clarkston Union, Kinetic Systems, Dr. Bruce Mercado, D.D.S., Bowman Chevrolet, Neiman’s Family Market, Garwood and Associates, Brose Electric, Makeover Place, and Waterfall Jewelers.
