‘One man’s junk is another man’s treasurer.? Clarkston Retailers Group is encouraging all garage sale folk to participate in the Hertiage Route Garage Sale on the First Saturday in May.
‘The idea is to get people to come to town and participate in shopping or selling, said Peg Roth, Clarkston retailer group member.
The M-15 Heritage Route garage sale includes 80 miles of bargains from Clarkston to Bay City, also including Ortonville, Goodrich, Davison, Otisville, Millington, Vassar, and Richville.
‘It allows us to partner with other communities and it’s been fun to connect with them and talk with them,? Roth said. ‘Let’s get people to town and let’s see what we can do.?
