Last week, the Oxford Village Council approved a traffic control order from Police Chief Mike Neymanowski that prohibits left turns from Hudson St. onto W. Burdick St. from 3-7 p.m. Monday through Friday. According to the chief’s order, “Several motorists use Hudson St. to avoid the traffic light on Washington (St.)” and “access W. Burdick during afternoon rush hour. Subsequently, they create a traffic hazard while making their left turn from Hudson onto W. Burdick.”
