One vehicle rolled over, following a Nov. 15 accident at the intersection of Dennison and S. Washington streets in Oxford Village.
According to the police report, a 2016 Chevy pickup was headed east on Dennison St. when the 41-year-old Oxford man driving it pulled straight onto M-24, failing to yield to a 2015 Buick passenger car, driven by a 65-year-old Lake Orion man.
The Buick was southbound on M-24 when it was struck by the Chevy on the passenger side, sending it spinning out of control, the report stated. The Chevy ultimately flipped over, resting on its roof in the south-bound lane.
Both vehicles were towed at the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
The Oxford man was issued a citation for failure to yield.
