Leonard resident David Joseph Wiegand passed away on Feb. 14, 2022. He was age 79.
Loving husband of Carmela Wiegand, dear father of Beth Selander, D.J. (Kelly) Wiegand and Alison (Diane Matthew) Wiegand, cherished grandfather of Penelope and Matilda, brother of Elaine (Don) Wade. Predeceased by his siblings George, Ron and James.
Funeral Mass, Friday, February 18, 11 a.m., with an instate time of 10:30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 715 N. Lapeer Rd. Lake Orion. The family will receive friends Thursday at the Potere-Modetz Funeral Home, 339 Walnut Blvd, Rochester, from 3 to 8 p.m., with Rosary at 7 p.m. Entombment will be at Guardian Angel Cemetery.
