On Monday night, the Oxford Township Zoning Board of Appeals voted to postpone making a decision on the Legacy Center’s request for a variance to the zoning ordinance section covering wall signs.

Owned by Lake Orion resident Christian Mills, the 208,000-square-foot Legacy Center, located at 925 N. Lapeer Rd., has 25 signs consisting of graphics, logos and words painted on its exterior.
