Eric William Keller, age 63, of Metamora, unexpectedly went to be home with the Lord on Sunday December 5, 2021. Eric was born January 22, 1958 in Sacramento, CA, the youngest of Charles and Hilda (Calonje) Keller.

He graduated from high school in Tucson, AZ in 1976. He then went on to enroll into the Air Force in 1980 and was deployed to Korea. He served from 1980-1989 where he met his wife, Marcia L. Sepanak in Ft Meade, MD in 1983. They married in a beautiful courthouse on January 18, 1985. In 1989, they moved to Michigan to be closer to family. They resided in Metamora for the last 27 years. Eric loved God. He was a great husband, wonderful father and exceptional grandfather, family man and friend. Eric wanted to spread joy and laughter, he never could tell the same joke twice. To be known and loved by Eric was the greatest blessing in life. He spent his last day doing what he loved best – wrapping Christmas presents for his grandchildren and watching nonstop football.

Eric is survived by wife of 36 years, Marcia Keller; five children: Kristine (Liza Quinones Rivera) Keller of Cortlandt Manor, NY, Kimberli (Nathan) Russell of Metamora, Joel Keller of Metamora, John Keller of Ann Arbor, Kendra Keller of Metamora; grandchildren: Ethan, Colton and Alexia Russell; siblings: Debra Keller, Yvette Taylor as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Keller’s family will be having private services. Cremation has been entrusted with Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer.

A public graveside service with military honors, will be Noon Saturday December 18,  at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint.
