Folks line up for trampoline park opening

Oxford now has its first-ever indoor trampoline park as Urban Air opened to the public Saturday morning.

Located inside the new 208,000-square-foot Legacy Center at 925 N. Lapeer Rd., just south of Ray Rd., this is the first Urban Air location in Michigan.

The opening generated quite a buzz as a line containing an estimated 200 or more folks wrapped around the building. Some hearty souls even camped out overnight, so they could be among the first to walk through the doors.

Urban Air’s 30,000-square-foot space offers a wide variety of trampoline-based activities along with other things such as a rock climb wall and obstacle course.
