Management at The Oxford Leader figures it is about time we introduce the two individuals who are writing

most of your community news these days. So, without further eloquence, please say “hello” to Teddy Rydquist and Danielle Smith.

Rydquist, of Lake Orion, will cover most of Oxford sports, Oxford Township and the Oakland County Sheriff’s Substation in our community. Smith, of Oxford, will cover Oxford schools, Oxford Village and Oxford Village Police. Both have and will write feature stories and share duties covering Addison Township.

Rydquist is a Bowling Green State University graduate, and joined The Oxford Leader this year. He also contributes to The Lake Orion Review. Feel free to follow him on Twitter @TeddyRydquist.

Smith is a graduate of Rochester University. When she is not working, Danielle enjoys traveling, attending as many country music concerts as possible and can be found cheering on her favorite football team: the Michigan Wolverines. She joined The Leader in August.
