The Village of Leonard kicked off the Christmas season Saturday night with its tree lighting and community gathering.

Village President Mike McDonald had the honor of flipping the switch. Everybody gathered around the tree to sing Christmas carols before filing into Rowland Hall to enjoy cookies and hot chocolate.
