Together stronger, sure. But, both the Oxford and Lake Orion village downtown development authorities are still competitive with each other. Recently the two groups had a friendly wager on who would win the Oxford/Lake Orion high school football game. The Lake Orion Dragons won, so at its September board meeting members of the Oxford DDA had to wear LOHS colors.
