Last week, the house at 42 E. Burdick St. in Oxford Village was demolished to make way for a brand new development. The property, owned by local developer Dave Weckle, is going to be used as part of a three-building, mixed-use development encompassing E. Burdick, Mill and Stanton streets. It will contain retail, office and residential uses. Weckle is going to construct all three buildings, plus a 55-space public parking lot.
