The boy who never grew up is coming to Oxford as the high school presents the musical ‘Peter Pan? April 14-17.
To help Peter and his friends get off the ground, OHS enlisted the aid of ZFX, Inc. ? sometimes fairy dust just isn’t enough.
With offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Indianapolis and the Netherlands, ZFX, Inc. has an eight-year history of providing world class theatrical flying effects and illusions in productions ranging from community theater and Broadway to movies and television.
To date, ZFX, Inc. has provided flying effects for more than 1,000 different productions including more than 350 productions and thousands of performances of ‘Peter Pan.?
ZFX, Inc. is providing the OHS production with skillfully and safely installed flying equipment, expert advice and effective choreography.
Five OHS students will take to the air during this school production of the timeless classic.
Ashton Albertson (Peter Pan), Ashley Landis (Wendy), Mike Murphy (John), Robert Beard (Michael) and Danielle Knight (Jane) will all don flying harnesses and float across the stage as they enter ‘Neverland? ? a world of pirates, magical fairies, Indians and Lost Boys.
