Playing for the Troy Lady Sting, several Clarkston and Oxford girls went undefeated in their division and captured the 16/19U Tier 2 Howe Division of the Little Caesars Michigan Girls Hockey League.

The local Troy Lady Sting players from Clarkston High School include senior Lindsay Reiss as well as sophomores Alyssa Exline and Lauren Reiss. From Oxford High School is sophomore Kylie Rancilio.

In addition to the divisional games, the Troy Lady Sting participated in other showcase events which included the Rochester NY Fire on Ice Tournament, CCM World Invitational Tournament, Traverse City Girls Showcase, South Bend Irish Cup Tournament, Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA) State Playoffs as well as the Little Caesars League Playoffs.

The Little Caesars Howe Division in which the Troy Lady Sting played in was made up of teams from Midland, Grand Rapids, Taylor, Kalkaska, St. Clair Shores and Ann Arbor.
