Oxford Twp. government officials take their oath of office

OXFORD TWP. – Oxford Township’s Board of Trustees, department deputies and parks and recreation commission members were sworn in during a ceremony at Oxford Township Hall on Nov. 20.
Judge Laura E. Polizzi, of the 52-3 District Court in Rochester Hills, administered the oath of office to members of the 2024-28 Oxford Township Board of Trustees Supervisor Jack L. Curtis, Clerk Curtis W. Wright, Treasurer Joseph G. Ferrari and Trustees Catherine Colvin, Rod Charles, Jeffrey Omtvedt and David Wagner.
Judge Polizzi also administered the oath of office to Deputy Supervisor Danielle Smith, Deputy Treasurer Tracy Devereaux and the five-member Oxford Township Parks and Recreation Commission: Ronald Roop, Austin Brantley, Theresa Myer, Sarah Jones and Harvey Acheson.
Deputy Clerk Susan McCullough was unable to attend the ceremony, so she was sworn in on Monday by Clerk Curtis Wright. – J.G.
