Precision Pipeline donates to community

Precision Pipeline, the contractor laying the line 6B pipeline for Enbridge that will run through both Oxford and Addison townships, decided to give back this past week and presented a couple $2,500 checks to the community.
The first check was presented to the Addison Township Fire Department on July 3.
‘We often work in rural areas in every kind of weather condition, there are many potential hazards working in this environment and it is comforting to know that there is a professional/volunteer fire department to be first responders for any possible incidents or accidents,? Precision Management wrote in a letter to the fire department. ‘Fortunately, we haven’t required the services of your organization to this point.?
Having met with some of the first responders and firefighters, Precison management also wrote that they have the ‘utmost respect for their dedication to the service they provide to the community.?
‘I am very grateful people know that our fire department is there to help if there is every an emergency,? said Addison Township Supervisor Bruce Pearson. ‘We are very grateful for the donation to our fire department.?
The second donation was to Oxford Middle School’s Robotics Team (Tow-R).
‘It is a wonderful, unexpected gift on the part of Precision Pipeline towards the middle school,? said Oxford Schools? Deputy Superintendent Timothy Throne.
