The Township request that all RFP’s returned by 1:00 p.m. Thursday July, 27, 2023 in a sealed
envelope marked “Request For Proposal – Addison Township Park”. If responding by mail, use the
address below. You may return your RFP electronically by 1:00 p.m. Thursday July 27, 2023 to
pbennett@addisontwp.org with request to seal the RFP into an envelope. All RFP’s will be opened at
1:00 p.m. Thursday July 27, 2023. Those present may inspect the RFP’s or you may request electronic
copies or copies with the applicable fees.
Project Description:
The project is located at 1440 Rochester Road, Leonard, east of Orchard Street. The project site is located along the northern and eastern property lines, west of the Addison Township administrative offices and north of the existing gazebo and woodland. The site currently consists of an open field and several play, recreational, and picnic structures. The project includes installation of an asphalt walking path and an asphalt pickleball court with nets, posts, and striping for three play surfaces. It also includes the associated concrete banding, fence, gates, posts and footings, and seeding of disturbed areas.
The drawings and specifications under which the work is to be performed are on file and may be

Digital copies of the RFP package (drawings and specifications) are accompanied with this invitation via
email. Also, on the Township website www.addisontwp.org under the tab, RFP. A Pre-Bid meeting will
be held Thursday July 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Attendance is recommended. Please contact Pauline

The Township reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal, to reject in part any
proposal and to waive irregularities in proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving RFP’s for a period of one-hundred-twenty (120) days.
