Township of Addison
Board Meeting Synopsis
The Addison Township Board; its elected members are Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett, Treasurer Fisher, Trustee Brakefield, Trustee Gierak, Trustee Geibel, and Trustee Sargent held a regular meeting at the Township Office and electronically on March 15, 2021. The Township Offices are located at 1440 Rochester Rd., Leonard MI 48367. The following action was taken:
Approved the Agenda.
Approved the Consent Agenda consisting of the Minutes, Bills, Polly Ann Trailways Dues, I.T. Right Service Agreement and a Budget Amendment for $500 from line items.
Held a Budget Work Session and adopted the Resolution for the General Appropriations Act.
Presentation on the Sewer Study by the Village President Mike McDonald and authorized $11,000 for participation with an agreement.
Waived the Disposal of Surplus Property Ordinance and authorized to sale of the Spencer Engine with Fenton Fire Truck.
Accepted resignation and Approved Appointments to the Planning Commission and Board of Review.
