Board Meeting Synopsis
The Addison Township Board; its elected members are Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett, Treasurer Fisher, Trustee Brakefield, Trustee Gierak, Trustee Geibel, and Trustee Sargent held a regular meeting at the Township Office on May 17, 2021. The Township Offices are located at 1440 Rochester Rd., Leonard MI 48367. The following action was taken:
Amended the Agenda to remove item 1H.
Approved the Consent Agenda with amendment, consisting of Minutes, Bills, RCOC Tri-Party Agreement, Workers Compensation Fund, Resolution adopting participation in 2021 West Nile Virus Reimbursement Program, Resolution adopting 2021/22 Health Care Benefits, ESO Fire Program renewal, Semcog Dues, Park Ranger appointment, Edward Durant.
Held a Public Hearing with a Resolution establishing a SAD for Indian Lake Improvement Association with an Interlocal Agreement.
Held a Public Hearing with a Resolution establishing a SAD for Lakeview Drive, Grampian Court and Kinard.
Held a Public Hearing with a Resolution establishing a SAD for Meadow Court.
Held a Public Hearing with a Resolution establishing a SAD for Millstan.
Resolution authorizing final site plan approval for Lakeville Animal Clinic.
Approved Lawn Service Agreement Renewal.
Approved Planner Rand Bowman Agreement.
Approved PEA (Township Engineering Services) Agreement.
Extended Janitorial Agreement through Sept. 30, 2021 and authorized to advertise RFP for Janitorial Services.
Authorization of the Kingsbury School Lease Renewal.
Hearing and upheld the Determination of Dangerous Building for 1849 Rochester Road.
