Ordinance 16-3 Rezoning
of Parcel 05-03-300-001
Pursuant to the provisions of Public Act 110 of 2006 (Michigan Zoning Enabling Act) the Addison Township Board (Township) at a regular scheduled meeting held on August 15, 2016 approved the rezoning ordinance (as recommended by the Planning Commission). The Township meeting was held at the Addison Township Office, 1440 Rochester Road, Leonard, MI 48367.
The Township approved a rezoning ordinance (map change) by rezoning a 2.3 acre parcel #05-03-300-001 from an S-F Suburban Farms (Residential) Zoning District to P-1 Public & Institutional Zoning District. The property is located on the east side of Haven Road and abuts Loon Lake on the east. The Rezoning Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after publication of adoption.
