Public Meeting for 2024 Budget Proposal
Tuesday, August 15 th 2023, 7:00PM
Please be advised a public 2024 fiscal year budget meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 15 th , 2023.
The session will be held at the Addison Township Public Library. The address is 1400 Rochester Road,
Leonard, MI 48367. The meeting will be called to order at 7:00PM by the Library Board of Trustees
President.
Public Meeting:
Budget Proposal: The budget hearing will cover the proposed expenditures and estimated revenue of
the 2024 fiscal year budget. The total will be presented for review, adjustments, discussion, and/or
action on the general appropriations resolution.
Public attendance and participation at the meeting is encouraged. Copies of the draft budget proposal
will be available at the Addison Township Public Library location. It will be accessible to inspect and
review during office hours. Please contact the library director, Rosie Walker with questions or comments
