SECTION 2. (2-191) Purchasing agent; purchases by supervisor, clerk treasurer and fire chief.

SECTION 3. (2-191) Purchases $10,000 and above and less than $20,000; record of solicitation of bids with Board approval. (Additional section)

SECTION 9. The Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, Article V, Division 2 and 3 is adopted to add or delete as referenced above is hereby adopted by reference including amendments.
