NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR LOT WIDTH VARIANCE
Please take notice, that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00p.m., or soon thereafter, on Monday, May 7th, 2018 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, located at 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering the following variance:
A request to allow the creation of a parcel, split off from PO-04-27-278-013 (commonly known as 145 S. Washington). The proposed lot would take access from Mechanic Street, and therefore the lot width would be measured at a point 15 feet back from the Mechanic Street right-of-way. With a lot width of 39.93 feet, the proposed lot has below the 60 feet of frontage that is required in the R-1 district.
This topic was originally scheduled for a public hearing and Zoning Board review on April 2
nd, 2018, but that meeting was cancelled to be rescheduled per the applicant’s request.
