SYNOPSIS
Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on August 11, 2021 at the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.
PRESENT: Supervisor Curtis, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Charles, Trustee Dunn, Trustee Payne
ABSENT: Trustee Nold
The following actions were taken:
Approved the Agenda as amended.
Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.
Approved to adopt Ordinance 107A.007 – Sewer Ordinance
Approved to adopt Ordinance 105B.009 – Water Ordinance
Approved the amended 2021 Oxford Fire Department Fund 206 Budget with revenues and expenses balancing at $5,459,376.00.
Approved to appoint Sarah Racer as an alternate member to the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals, effective immediately.
Approved the updated Oxford Township Safety Path system as recommended by the Safety Path Committee and authorize Sharpe Engineering to create (2) foam backed Master Plan maps.
Approved to authorize the completion of the Safety Path on Dunlap Road from West Bayshore Drive to Market Street.
Approved to authorize a 2021 General Fund Budget amendment transferring $100,000.00 from Opening Fund Balance to Safety Path Maintenance.
Approved to put out for bid the Priority 3 Safety Path Repairs.
Approved to authorize Sharpe Engineering to prepare bid documents that encompasses all Priority 3 Safety Path Repairs.
Approved to transfer up to $230,000.00 from the General Fund to the Building and Site Fund to pay for parking lot improvements at 300 Dunlap Road.
Approved the 2022 Charter Township of Oxford Budget Calendar as presented, and set a Board of Trustees Special Meeting for September 22, 2021.
Approved the Request for Contribution form as presented.
