SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on August 9, 2023 at the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.
PRESENT: Supervisor Curtis, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Colvin, Trustee Nold, Trustee Payne,
Trustee Charles
ABSENT: None
The following actions were taken:
Approved the Agenda as presented.
Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.
Approved to open the Truth-in-Budgeting public hearing at 6:43 p.m.
Approved to close the Truth-in-Budgeting public hearing at 6:45 p.m.
Approved the allocation of ARPA funds as presented.
Approved Amendment 1 to the Agreement for Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Distribution between Oakland
County as presented.
Approved to accept for consideration a future petition for a private road SAD for paving of Oak Ridge Road
and Oak Ridge Road Court.
Approved the Reclamation Bond for property owned by AMC-KSG Properties, LLC. as to form and approve the cost of the work.
Approved to credit sewer account 435126004 for the property located at 1060 South Lapeer Road, Oxford, MI in the amount of $1,422.07.
Approved effective January 1, 2024 the quarterly sewer billing rate will increase to $143.00 per Residential Equivalent Unit from the current $110.00 quarterly rate and the metered sewer rate will increase to $50.95 per quarter per 1,000 cubic feet from the current $39.19 rate.
Approved to authorize Supervisor Curtis to purchase conference room furniture in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
