Meeting being conducted via video conference due to the health concern of COVID-19 and the Governor’s Executive Order 2020-75
A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, July, 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, Via the following “zoom” Video Conference web link to join the meeting: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83369814954 please call Clerks office x107 for the Meeting Id number, to consider the following request:
20–ZBA-01 – 485 North Lapeer Road, Parcel 04-22-301-008 Applicant/Owner: Oxford Bank to construct a new ATM and overhead canopy.
The subject property is located in an Office (O) District, the property is on the northwest corner of Gateway Drive and Lapeer Road.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require variance according to Zoning Ordinance 67A: ARTICLE 3.7 Schedule of District Regulations to reduce the front yard setback for a new ATM and overhead canopy.
The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services shall contact the Charter Township of Oxford, by writing or calling, Curtis W.
