N O T I C E

A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Township Office, 300 Dunlap Road, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:

ZBA009.16 – Seymour Lake Park, 2795 Seymour Lake Road, Oxford, MI 48371 – Portion of Parcel 04-30-200-057 – Proposed wireless communication facility. Applicant: New Par, A Delaware Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, 24242 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, MI 48075 The subject property is located in a R (Recreation) Zoning District, South side of Seymour Lake Road, east of N. Baldwin and west of Coats within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing.
