N O T I C E
PROPOSED REZONING
Pursuant to the Michigan P.A. 110 of 2006, and Oxford Township Zoning Ordinance 67A – Article 3, Section 4(C) – notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Charter Township Hall Meeting Room, 300 Dunlap Road, Oxford, MI 48371.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed Rezoning of approximately 4.5 acre parcel, Parcel # 04-21-200-002 and approximately 2.73 acre parcel, Parcel #04-21-200-005, currently zoned C-1 Local Commercial, to RM Multiple Family. The subject property 04-21-200-002 is located on the north side of W. Market Street between Stony Lake Drive and Cedar Street. The subject property 04-21-200-005 is located on the south side of W. Market Street between S. Waterstone Dr. and Cross St. Applicant/Property Owner: Contour Development Group, LLC., (The Oasis at Waterstone) 40950 Woodward Ave., #300, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304.
Documents are available for inspection at the Township Building Department, during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services shall contact the Charter Township of Oxford, by writing or calling Curtis W.
