SYNOPSIS

Of the Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees held on April 11, 2018 at the Oxford Township Hall Meeting Room.

PRESENT: Supervisor Dunn, Clerk Wright, Treasurer Ferrari, Trustee Curtis, Trustee Durr, Trustee Nichols, Trustee Payne

ABSENT: None

The following actions were taken:

Approved the Agenda as amended.

Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.

Approved to enter into an agreement with Paychex to provide Human Resource Services to the Charter Township of Oxford

Approved the rezoning of Parcel #04-07-101-018 from SF-2 to R-1 and to approve rezoning of Parcel #04-07-101-019 from SF-2 to R-1.

Approved Final Site Plan for Parcel #04-36-200-030, Parcel #04-36-200-031, Parcel #04-36-200-032, and Parcel #04-36-200-033 zoned SF-1 for the development to be known as North Oakland Woods.

Approved to allow North Oakland Woods Development LLC, the developer of North Oakwood Woods to provide payment in lieu of construction of a safety path in the amount of $6,710.00.

Approved the Agreement Regarding Liquor License between 925 Lapeer Legacy Entertainment, LLC and the Charter Township of Oxford.

Approved the Interlocal Contracted Services Agreement between the Charter Township of Orion, the Charter Township of Oxford, the Township of Addison, and the North Oakland Transportation Authority.

Approved the Resolution authorizing the North Oakland Transportation Authority Millage renewal request to be placed on the August 7, 2018 Primary Election Ballot.

Approved to award the Elk View Estates Drainage and Paving Improvements project to Saradan Construction, Inc. in the base bid amount of $275,210.00.

Approved to allow any owner or developer of properties proposed for development along the East Drahner Road corridor the opportunity to pre-pay the Water Connection fee at the approved Water Connection fee charged per each Residential Equivalent Unit at the time of the request.

Approved to provide chloride service in 2018; on a 50% Township and 50% Resident participation for individual orders and contract with Road Commission for Oakland County.

Approved the 2017 West Nile Virus Program.

Approved to adopt the Resolution Authorizing the West Nile Fund Expense Reimbursement Request.

Approved to appoint Sandy Birch to fill the alternate vacancy for the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Approved to authorize the Water and Sewer Committee to select the contractor to perform Water Main repairs, and the Sewer Line repairs.
