The following actions were taken:

Approved the Agenda as presented.

Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.

Approved to open the Public Hearing at 7:04 p.m. to discuss the request for a new Class C Liquor License for Birdies Indoor Golf and Bar, LLC.

Approved to close the Public Hearing at 7:06 p.m. to discuss the request for a new Class C Liquor License for Birdies Indoor Golf and Bar, LLC.

Approved the Agreement Regarding Liquor License between Birdies Indoor Golf and Bar, LLC and the Charter Township of Oxford and change the address to 974-980 N. Lapeer Road.

Approved the Resolution for Birdies Indoor Golf and Barr, LLC as presented.

Approved the Resolution to support the legal defense in the case of Menard, Inc, v. the City of Escanaba as presented.

Authorized Treasurer Ferrari to execute the Agreement for Oxford Village Tax BS&A postings as presented.

Approved the Charter Township of Oxford’s Traffic Safety Grant Application for up to $50,000.00 grant.
