 Adoption of Ordinance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Leonard adopted Ordinance 1.001 on Monday, January 14, 2019.

The Ordinance prohibits marihuana establishments within the village of Leonard pursuant to Initiated Law 1 of 2018, MCL 333.27951, et seq., entitled the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act, as may be amended.

Copies of the Ordinance are available for inspection or for purchase during regular business hours at the Village Hall located at 23 E Elmwood Street, Leonard, MI  48367-0789.
