NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, December 3,2018 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan, 48371, to consider the following:

Applicant:      Dave Weckle, Valley Building & Repair Co., Inc. 29 Broadway Oxford, MI 48371

Property ID#   04-27-232-004 known as 77 S. Glaspie St.

Zoning:          RM-1 -Multiple Family District (Moderate Density)

Request:        The applicant is appealing the primary structure set-back dimensions for the property at 77 S. Glaspie St.

This notice is given pursuant to the Village of Oxford ordinance #324 which requires that all property owners and occupants within 300 feet of the above described parcel be notified by mail. Anyone wishing to comment on the above request may do so in person during the Public hearing or in writing by mail to the address below:
