Notice to residents

of the Village of Oxford:

The Village of Oxford is seeking applications for a position on the Village of Oxford Council to fill a recent vacancy. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, a resident of the Village of Oxford for not less than 6-months, and a registered voter in this jurisdiction. Anyone interested in applying for the position shall submit a current resume with cover letter, or application stating their interest in serving the community as a member of the Village Council. Applications can be obtained by contacting the Village of Oxford office, located at 22 W. Burdick Street P.O. Box 94, Oxford, MI. 48371, by calling (810) 628-2543 or by email to manager@thevillageofoxford.org. Resume/Applications are to be submitted no later than Noon on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Council will appoint a new council member at the next regular meeting of the Village of Oxford Council held on January 8, 2019.
