NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice, the Village of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Monday, March 4, 2019 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan, relating to Parcel ID Number 04-27-232-004, Zoned RM-1 Multiple Family District (Moderate Density), more commonly known as 77 S. Glaspie St., to consider the following: A proposed dimensional variance from the minimum front, rear and side yard requirements of Section 3.4.2 of the Village Zoning Ordinance.

Notice given is pursuant to the Village Ordinance #324 requiring all property owners and occupants within 300 ft. of the above described parcel be notified by mail.  A complete copy of the proposed variance request is available for review at the office of the Village Clerk, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, 48371, during regular business hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m. Phone: 248-628-2543. Physically challenged persons needing assistance or aid at the public hearing should contact the Village Clerk during regular business hours not less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the public hearing. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed variance may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing by mail addressed to:  Rose Bejma, ZBA Chair, Village of Oxford, P.O.
