PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Outdoor Café Year Round
Pursuant to the provisions of Village of Oxford Ordinance No. 324, the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter) in the Oxford Village Council Chambers located at 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan 48371 to consider the following:

Zoning: C-1 Central Business District
Request: Pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Article 4 , Section 4.1.45, Outdoor cafés and Seating, the applicant is requesting a special land use approval for outdoor café year round.
