Reward offered in Brandon Township arson case

Brandon Twp.- A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest or conviction of the person or persons responsible for setting a fire that destroyed a vehicle and damaged another truck and two homes Aug. 11.
Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Fire Investigator Art Schrah said the blaze was definitely an arson. The fire, called in at 2:03 a.m. Aug. 11, destroyed a 2004 Dodge pick-up truck parked in a driveway in the 3700 block of Birch and damaged a 2003 Ford Explorer parked next to it. Minor damage was also sustained to the siding of two mobile homes.
