From the 1964 Motown classic “My Girl” to the 1997 tearjerker “Butterfly Kisses,” a whole slew of popular songs helped set the mood for the annual Daddy-Daughter Dance held Friday and Saturday nights at Devil’s Ridge Golf Club in Oxford. Organized by the Oxford Township Parks and Recreation Department, the dances were attended by 400 fathers and their little ladies.
