Dear Editor,
I would like to offer our heartfelt gratitude to The Oxford Leader and James Hanlon. James recently did a story on our Community Meals which was very well done, accurate and drew a great response from our Community! You can always count on The Leader!
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank some great people who have been very supportive of our efforts: Oxford United Methodist Church has allowed us the use of their facility and people and we could not have served every week without them!
Also, the teams from King of Kings, Lake Orion United Methodist, LakePoint, Immanuel Congregational and St. Joe’s Catholic churches… these people are always pleasant and willing to do whatever is necessary. They make great food and they are most generous. This is truly a community effort! Thank you to Love Inc., for their unfailing support of our cook teams.
And a HUGE Thank You to our community for sharing and donating so selflessly … every one of you is now a member of the Team and we couldn’t be happier!
