Cold, wet weather couldn’t dampen folks’ spirits at they lined Washington St. in downtown Oxford Saturday afternoon to watch the annual Christmas Parade, organized by the Chamber of Commerce. A total of 49 entries participated in the festive event that kicks off the holiday season locally.
