U-11 soccer team finishes first in division

Oxford Soccer Club U-11 team took over the teams in Division 3 and won first place for their spring season.
They played 12 games over the season and ended with a record 9-3. They held onto the lead during their six home games and only had one loss.
The boys worked together to score 38 goals for the team and had 17 scored against them. They scored three or more goals during ten games.
The upcoming fall season will be the third year most of the boys have played together as a team. Their games begin in September.
‘They are a strong team,? said Tim Littmann, team manager. ‘We are trying to get them good enough to get onto the high school team.?
