Brandon Twp.- An 18-year-old woman reported she was sexually assaulted in the township.
Oakland County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the township substation at 7:34 p.m., May 4 to meet with the woman, an Oxford Township resident. She told deputies she attended a party at an unknown address in Brandon Township with two of her girlfriends. While at the party, she became intoxicated and said she and her friends were staying the night at this address. During the night, an unknown male entered the room in which she was sleeping and sexually assaulted her.
A detective also responded to the substation to interview the victim, who was transported to START for an exam. The investigation continues.
