RESOLUTION to Declare Intent to Vacate property

at the east end of Church Street and

public ground past the north end of Louck Street and appoint a time to meet and hear objections

WHEREAS,

the Village of Oxford has received a request from Industrial Machine Products to vacate two parcels of property of the Village at the east end of Church Street and public ground past the north end of Louck Street; and

WHEREAS,

a resolution to declare the intent to consider approval of the request must be not less than four weeks after the adoption of this resolution which the regular meeting scheduled for December 13 would comply with this requirement;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED

the Village of Oxford hereby declares its intent to vacate the requested parcels and appoints Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. to meet and hear objections to the resolution.
