Leonard was the place to be Saturday as it hosted the annual Strawberry Festival.
A total of 1,574 strawberry sundaes were served by the Addison Twp. Firefighters Association, which grossed approximately $4,722.
Aiding the ice-cream-scooping firefighters were 18 employees from Kohl’s department store.
Kohl’s donated $2,000 to the association, which helps local folks in times of need.
Good job to everyone who helped make this year’s festival a success.
