Harry T. Adams, of Gulf Breeze, FL, formerly of Waterford, passed away on February 23, 2017. He was 97.

Beloved husband of Evelyn for 77 years; loving father of Nancy (Gary) Forester; proud grandfather of one and great-grandfather of four; brother of the late Vivian (Darrel) Taylor. Harry was retired from Fisher Body.

He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and recipient of Purple Heart and Bronze Star. Harry was member of American Legion, VFW Post 1008 – Waterford, and Order of the Purple Heart.

He enjoyed gardening, golfing, fishing, coin and stamp collecting and travelling.

Funeral Service Wednesday, March 1, 2017 – 2:30 p.m. at Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., Orion.

The family will receive friends Wednesday 1 p.m. until time of service. Interment Thursday, March 2, 2017 – 10 a.m. at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
