The end to the 2022 high school football season will come for Oxford this Friday as the Wildcats travel to Chippewa Valley for a non-conference match-up. Oxford lost last week at Bloomfield Hills High School, 7-3. Their record going into this Friday’s game is 1-7 overall, 0-5 in the Oakland Activities Association Red Division – last in the league. West Bloomfield, Rochester Adams and Clarkston are on top of the OAA Red, all with 4-1 records. Chippewa Valley’s 6-2 overall. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Last Friday Oxford traveled to the Black Hawks home field and put up a good defensive effort. They only allowed Bloomfield Hills to complete 10 of 22 passes for 118 yards and a negative three yards in rushing on 10 carries.
