The Orion-Oxford Ministers Association sponsored the National Day of Prayer Celebration in Oxford’s Centennial Park on May 6 at noon. The event was themed ‘Let Freedom Ring? and featured prayers for several branches and levels of the U.S. government, as well as patriotic songs. Rev. Karen Moeschberger, of Immanuel Congregational UCC, led the ceremonies with the Church Street Singers providing the music.
