NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR SPECIAL USE APPROVAL

Please take notice, that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering a special land use:

The proposed special use is a proposed senior housing facility on Parcel #04-22-477-01, which is located on the west side of N. Glaspie Street, north of the Polly Ann Trail, in the F (Flex) Zoning District. The proposed facility would be designed for memory-care patients and would have congregate kitchen facilities.
