Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, September 11, 2023, in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W.
Burdick, Oxford, Michigan, 48371, to consider the following:

Zoning: R-1, Single Family District
Request: The applicant is requesting a dimensional variance for a minimum setback for the
principle building and detached accessory building as related to Lot Standards
per Village of Oxford Zoning Ordinance Section 3.4.1.

This notice is given pursuant to the Village of Oxford Zoning Ordinance (Article 9, Section 9.3.1
(B)), and Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (MCL 125.1303, Sec. 103), which requires publication
in a newspaper of general circulation and notification to all property owners and occupants within
300 feet of the above-described parcel to be notified by mail. The proposed variance application
is available for review online at , or at the Clerk’s office located at 22
W. Burdick St., Oxford, MI. 48371 during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-
5:00 p.m. Anyone wishing to comment on the above request may do so in person during the
public hearing, in writing, by email to the Village of Oxford Clerk ,
or by calling (248) 628-2543.
The Village of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable aids and services for physically
impaired individuals. Persons requiring assistance must contact the Village Clerk no less than 72-
hours prior to the meeting.
