Adoption of Ordinance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Leonard adopted Ordinance 1.002 on April 8, 2019.

The Ordinance provides for an amendment to the Village’s existing Fireworks Regulation Ordinance to further restrict the discharge of consumer fireworks consistent with recently enacted State Law and includes allowing the seizure of unlawful fireworks and the recovery of costs for the storage and disposal of such fireworks.
